Our Havarti is a table cheese that can be sliced grilled or melted. It has a buttery, slightly acidic flavor and supple texture with tiny holes.
Butterkäse, also known as Butter Cheese originated in Germany and is made throughout Germany and Austria. Its name literally means "butter cheese", because of it's butter-like texture. It is also called Dämenkäse or "ladies cheese" because it is delicately flavored, odorless and quite complementary to most foods. Butterkäse is produced at Edelweiss Creamery in the Alpine tradition.
A mild tasting reduced fat cheese with lots of little holes giving it a lacy look. Ideal for slicing on sandwiches, grated in egg dishes or diced on salads.

Muenster is a smooth moist soft in texture cheese. It is excellent for melting and can be used in casseroles, in grilled cheese or it’s great on top of pizza! Also great as a snack and pairs well with beer.
Edelweiss Creamery in Monticello, Wisconsin has reintroduced the world to the traditional large Swiss cheese wheel with their 100% authentic Emmentaler. Made in copper kettles direct from Switzerland. All of the milk for these wheels are sourced only from grass fed cows. Master Cheesemaker Bruce Workman describes the taste of this cheese as creamy, sweet and nutty with a very pronounced flavor.
