Welcome

Our cooperative was established back in 1910 by a group of local family farmers in order to establish a consistent, trustworthy market for their milk. Maple Leaf is still locally farmer-owned, and some of our families are now in their second and third generation with us! Cooperative ventures such as ours, were the foundation upon which so much of Wisconsin’s present day cheese heritage was built. I know you will enjoy our cheese. I personally guarantee it.
